Carrier plans are claimed for the year — the yearly figure is simply twelve months at your founding rate, charged when you claim. Dispatch plans can be claimed monthly or yearly. DispatchingIQ is AI that works under your supervision — every AI action is logged and auditable, and you approve what matters.
Claim your founding rateFounding Member terms: your founding rate is 30% off the published list price for your first 24 months of continuous subscription. After that, your price is locked at the list price published on the day you claimed — it never rises above that for as long as you stay continuously subscribed. Founding pricing replaces the annual discount; the two don’t stack. Founding checkout has no free trial — the discount is the consideration, so your card is charged when you claim. The rate and the price-lock end if your subscription ends, and the offer can’t be claimed twice. In exchange we ask for a short monthly feedback call, and permission to ask you for a testimonial — we never publish anything about you without your written say-so.

How AI pricing works
- One meter: AI documents. A rate con the AI reads, or a document it classifies and files, counts as one AI document against your plan’s monthly allowance.
- Failed reads never count. If the AI can’t produce a usable result, the document doesn’t touch your allowance.
- Past your allowance, nothing is billed behind your back. AI document processing simply pauses at your allowance — it never auto-bills. You choose in-app how to continue, and the next tier’s published price is usually the cheapest way to add capacity.
- You hold the brake. Every organization sets its own monthly AI budget in Settings; every AI action is logged with its exact cost.
- Drafts and reports ride your budget, not your allowance. Negotiation drafts and business-health reports draw on the AI budget you control — not your document allowance.

Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. On a carrier plan the card starts your 14-day free trial — you won’t be charged before the trial ends and you can cancel in one click. On a dispatch plan the card is charged at signup for your first month: that month is the paid 30-day pilot, and there is no free trial on the dispatch track.
What is the dispatch paid pilot?
Dispatch plans begin with 30 days of real service you pay for up front — your first month, at your plan’s normal price. It runs the Go-Live Method and one real fee-billing cycle on two of your carriers, with a 20-minute onboarding session with the founder after signup. Because it is simply your first month of the subscription, there is no separate pilot charge and nothing to credit back later: it is not a setup fee. If you cancel during the pilot you keep the service through the month you paid for, but that month isn’t refunded.
What counts as an AI document?
One rate con the AI reads into a proposed load, or one uploaded document it classifies and files. Failed reads don’t count. Negotiation drafts and health reports use your AI budget instead.
What happens when I outgrow my plan?
Each band is one flat price, so nothing is metered and there are no per-truck or per-carrier add-ons. When you reach your band’s cap the app tells you, and you move up a tier — Fleet to Pro on the carrier track, Core to Growth on the dispatch track. Above the top band (26+ trucks, or 25+ client carriers) it’s a founder-led custom plan. Because every price is published, you can see exactly when the next tier is the cheaper move.
Are there setup fees or per-seat charges?
No setup fees, ever. Unlimited users on every plan — dispatchers, admins, and read-only client logins included.
Can my clients log in?
Yes — dispatch plans include read-only client access, scoped to each client carrier’s own loads, fleet, documents and ledger. It’s part of the product, not an add-on.
How does the annual discount work?
Annual billing is 10× the monthly price for 12 months of service — two months free. It doesn’t stack with the Founding Members discount — founding annual is simply 12× the founding monthly rate.
